Frank Dolan is a sports performance consultant and educator who works with schools, coaches, and athletic organizations to design and implement sustainable performance systems. With more than 20 years of experience in the field, Frank helps programs move beyond isolated workouts toward integrated approaches that support athlete development, durability, and long-term success.

As the owner of Sports & Fitness Performance, Frank has advised and supported youth, high school, collegiate, and professional athletes across multiple sports. His work focuses on movement assessment, training system design, coach education, and the practical application of strength and conditioning principles within real-world team and school environments.

Frank is a certified Functional Movement Screen (FMS) Instructor and a frequent presenter at the Perform Better Functional Training Summits, where he speaks on topics including movement quality, program design, and common breakdowns in athletic development systems. In 2014, he was selected as a Nike Training Network Coach and has consulted for Nike Global Training, Nike NYC, and Equinox Fitness Clubs.

In addition to his consulting work, Frank serves as an adjunct professor at Hofstra University and Suffolk County Community College, teaching future coaches how to apply evidence-based principles with clarity and consistency. Based on Long Island, he partners with athletic directors, coaches, and organizations to build performance models that are scalable, coach-friendly, and aligned with the realities of modern sport.
